Muse outreach to delivery: first overseas order, EUR 270 in 7 days
Business model
The author used Muse to win a small overseas job: outreach emails first, then Muse handled intake, the proposal, revisions and the email thread while the author only supplied requirements and approvals. The author reports the first order, EUR 270, fully paid and delivered on day 7. The method itself is not disclosed, and the only payment evidence is a PayPal balance screenshot, which AgentFlow has not verified.
Muse runs outreach, intake, proposals, revisions and email threads; the human supplies requirements and approvals, then verifies payment and the final files.
Workflow
- Provide the service and target clients; the agent drafts outreach emails and prospects (author does not disclose list or sending details).
- On replies, the agent handles intake, proposal, revisions and email threads; the author only approves.
- After the deal closes, the agent sends the delivery confirmation; the author verifies payment and final files.
Adaptation plan
Outreach method, sending volume and running costs are undisclosed. AgentFlow has not independently deployed this adaptation.
Starter prompt
Written by AgentFlow; not the original author’s prompt. Not independently deployed in Muse or Grok.
Draft outreach emails for my service and target-client profile and show me the send list first. When replies arrive, summarise the requirements, iterate the proposal and revisions yourself, and draft any message involving price, timing or delivery promises for my approval. Never invent my cases, credentials or prices.
Running costs and pitfalls
Outreach method, sending volume and running costs are undisclosed. AgentFlow has not independently deployed this adaptation. No independent cost benchmark is available. Check subscriptions, permissions and external actions before running a workflow.
